Team Airsoft Birthday Party

Age Restrictions: Ages 10 and above: Every player must have a signed waiver in order to participate. Our waiver, among other things, states that a player knows and understands the rules, for this reason we ask that parents of minors make sure that your child also signs the waiver. Attention Host or Hostess, you may not sign waivers for your guest. Reservations & Deposit: All available time slots are on a first come first serve basis; this means Team Airsoft must receive a $150 deposit in order to secure the time slot you have requested. The deposit will also serve as a security deposit for our rental equipment. On the day of your party and prior to start, the full cost of the party will be due in cash or check. At the conclusion of the party your $150 will be refunded if all rental equipment is returned in proper working order. Here is a cost breakdown of broken or lost equipment: Gun - $100, Magazine - $20, BB loader - $10, Face mask - $10, excessively dirty gun - $5.  The cost of a Team Airsoft party is for 10 players even if there are fewer than 10 come party time. Inclement Weather: If Team Airsoft cancels any Birthday Parties due to severe weather, we will contact the host directly.  Should your party be cancelled due to inclement weather, we will reschedule your party.  All deposits will be transferred to the new date. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or rescheduling less than two (2) weeks prior to scheduled play date will result in forfeiture of $75 of your deposit. Cancellation or rescheduling less than one (1) week prior to play date will result in total forfeiture of your deposit.   Party Rules Dear Parents, We have some rules that all party goers must follow. The waiver that you and your child will sign, among other things, states that the player knows and understands the rules; I'm sure that y'all can appreciate that we will hold the player to that statement. Our parties are a blast but we all know that safety and order are very important. Click here for the rules page.  As a parent, you should still expect a few bumps and bruises. Please make sure that the other parents realize that their child may come home with some bumps and bruises. Players bringing their own equipment are charged the same as players renting. Make sure that personal equipment and guns are ready to go in order to avoid wasting your playing time on repairs. If a person not using our gun needs a loaner gun, or any other equipment that normally comes with the birthday package they will be allowed to use it at no extra charge.

Is there supervision on the Airsoft field? Always!  All players Parent/Guardian are required to sign a release waiver and all Players are given a safety speech before they are permitted on the field, and we strictly enforce those rules.
